Meet the Founder
Maria B. Williams-Turner, MBA
Founder & CEO
Maria established She Does Hauling in 2018 with a mission to build a multi-disciplinary, certified woman-minority-owned business. She holds an MBA from the School of Management at Eastern University and a BS in Business Management from Central Penn College — credentials she put to work after more than 25 years of corporate leadership at iHeart Media, Rite Aid Corporate, and as an educator from elementary through adult education.
Beyond her business credentials, Maria is a Licensed General Contractor, holds Transportation Authority, and serves as Board Member and Deputy Treasurer of the National Black MBA Association. She is an active member of multiple local and national professional organizations focused on minority business development and community advancement.
Her philosophy is simple: show up, be transparent about pricing, do the work right, and give back to the community that supports you. That commitment — built into She Does Hauling from day one — is why Central PA keeps calling.
