Maria B. Williams-Turner, MBA

FOUNDER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Maria established SHE DOES HAULING in 2018 as a multi-disciplinary and certified woman-minority owned business, specializing in commercial and residential Junk Removal, Hauling, Logistics, Construction and Demolition Services.


She earned her MBA from the School of Management at Eastern University and completed her undergraduate studies from Central Pennsylvania College with her BS in Business Management.


She has over 25 years of Organizational Leadership experience with several years of service as the Market Controller for iHeart Media, overseeing Human Resources, Payroll for 220 employees and Financial Operations for Eight Radio Stations and overseeing Pharmacy Benefit Plans, preparing Budgets and working with Programmers on how to adjudicate coupons at the register for Rite Aid Corporate.

Upon completion of her MBA, Maria entered the field of Education on teaching assignments for several School Districts. She facilitated in Elementary classrooms, Middle School ELA, High School Algebra, Special Education (At-Risk) classrooms and Adult Education for colleges.


As a Licensed General Contractor, she also has a Transportation Authority, serves on the Board for the National Black MBA Association as the Deputy Treasurer and is a member of the several Local and National Organizations.


The transferable skills that Maria obtained from Organizational Leadership roles and the field of Education enables her to maximize her talents with enthusiasm and to build cohesive relationships.

The TeamSYNERGY Network gives us the ability to maximize our reach across service areas and to differentiate the services that we provide to our customers from the competition within the selected markets. We are the winner of the 2020 Comcast RISE Investment Fund - People of Color Award, a Community Engagement Partner and we consistently receive 5-Star Reviews from customers with over 25,000 followers across all Social Media platforms.
