What we collect

When you submit our estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address and job details you give us. When you call, we receive your phone number and may record the call for quality and training.

We also collect standard analytics data automatically: pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and the source that referred you to the site — including advertising click identifiers such as Google's gclid, which tells us which ad brought you here.

How we use it

To quote and schedule your job, to contact you about it, and to keep records for our own accounting. If you ask us not to contact you again, we honour that.

Analytics and advertising data tell us which ads and pages actually produce work, so we stop paying for the ones that do not. It is never used to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run this business: Google (Analytics and Ads measurement), Meta (advertising measurement), and our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox. Each acts on our instructions.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and browser storage for analytics and to measure advertising. You can block or clear them in your browser at any time; the site will still work, and you can still call us.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at google.com/settings/ads, and control ad personalisation across participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as we need them for the work and for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained on the default schedule of the platforms named above.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
